POLICIES
Shipping -
All in-stock Drapery Hardware orders under 96 inches in length, will be shipped Federal Express Ground within 1-3 business days. Arrival times will vary depending on your location.
Shipping is free on all orders over $325.00 and under 92 inched in length.
All orders under $325.00 and 92 inches in length will be charged shipping fees based on FedEx Ground shipping rates.
Please contact customer service to receive a shipping quote for oversized items over 92 inch length.
Shipping Damage -
Merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported
within 5 business days from the date it was received.
In-stock replacement merchandise will be shipped within
2 business days.
Returns -
Stock merchandise is returnable within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on returned merchandise. The returned items must be in the original packaging and cannot have been altered in any way. You must contact customer service to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds are issued once the merchandise is received in our warehouse and inspected. Refunds will be issed for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom items, special ordered items, and bulk hardware are not returnable.
